The dial draws inspiration from the Tang Dynasty GuQin(a famous ancient Chinese musical instrument) “Jiuxiao Huanpei(九霄环佩)” preserved in the Palace Museum. Delicately crafted hour markers evoke flowing strings, while brushed and polished finishes interplay to replicate the ancient instrument’s timeless texture.
