Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Customers enjoy free shipping when order amount exceeds $99 USD. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. It may take 1-3 days to dispatch parcels. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Return & Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: Free repair for movement issues. Damage from impact, chemicals, etc. (e.g., cracked crystal, strap damage, broken crown) requires paid repair. After repair, related issues are covered for 3 months.

Standard watches: ~20 business days.
Tourbillon watches: ~30 business days.

Once repair is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn as the watch enters the service process.

Notes: Pack securely to avoid damage. Include a note with model, issue, name, phone, address, and proof of purchase. Email or SMS notification will be sent once received.

Replaced parts are not returned to customers.

Recommended every 2–3 years at an authorized service center.

May be due to short wearing time, low activity, or magnetization.

Maintenance

  1. Avoid hot baths, saunas, or extreme temperature changes.
  2. Do not operate the crown or pushers underwater.
  3. Strap care: leather straps should avoid water, humidity, cosmetics, and direct sunlight.
  4. Keep away from electrical appliances, mobile phones, and magnets.
  5. Only authorized personnel should open the watch.
  6. Avoid shocks and drops.
  7. Do not adjust the date between 20:00–04:00 (unless specified).
  8. For automatic watches with low activity, wind manually to maintain power.

Avoid adjusting the date between 20:00–04:00. Times may vary by model—check the manual.

  • Standard movement: ~40 hours.
  • ST6 movement: ~36 hours.
  • Tourbillon: ~60 hours.

Mechanical watch accuracy is influenced by environment, temperature, habits, and position. Errors can be minimized but not eliminated.

  1. Insufficient power reserve → wind manually.
  2. Magnetization of hairspring.
  3. Movement needs servicing (oil, worn parts).
  4. Shock or vibration.
  5. Environment and wearing habits.

Depend on rotor movement. Wear ≥8 hours daily or wind manually for low activity.

  • Automatic watches self-wind via wrist movement.
  • Frequent manual winding increases wear.
  • Manual winding is only needed when first worn or after long inactivity.
  • Water resistance ≠ moisture-proof. Hot water, detergents, humidity, and temperature changes may cause fogging.
  • Rubber seals age and lose resistance.
  • If water enters, visit an authorized service center promptly.
  • Water resistance depends on rubber gaskets, which age from heat, sweat, chlorine, perfume.
  • Test every 1–2 years at authorized centers.
  • Replace seals after servicing to maintain resistance.
  • Sapphire is ~7x harder than steel, second only to diamond.
  • Still vulnerable to harder materials (diamonds, sandpaper, concrete).
  • Sweat, acids, and cosmetics may corrode steel, leaving stains.
  • Clean with a soft brush and detergent, dry thoroughly, or use ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Magnetization causes fast or inaccurate time.
  • Keep away from magnetic fields.
  • If magnetized, visit an authorized service center for quick (30 sec) demagnetization.
