Submit a Repair Request
Once your repair needs are confirmed, you may send your watch via mail or bring it to a physical store to create a dedicated repair order.

Step 3
Preliminary Inspection & Quotation
Our watchmakers will perform a preliminary inspection and provide an assessment of the required services and associated costs.

Step 4
Repair Process
Upon your acceptance of the quotation, repair services will commence. (No confirmation is needed for complimentary repairs; they will proceed directly.)
- Standard repairs: Completed within 15 business days.
- Tourbillon repairs: Completed within 30 business days.

Step 5
Quality Control
After repair, your watch will undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure full functional compliance.

Step 6
Return of Watch
You may choose to have the watch returned by mail or pick it up in person. A 3-month warranty is provided for all serviced items and genuine parts replaced or repaired during the service, starting from the date of retrieval.

Service Survey
We value your feedback! Follow-up surveys will be conducted to monitor service quality and address any concerns promptly.
