I love my sea-gull watches. I have 3 different sea-gull watches now. Every one with different complications. I have their 300m gradient diver with date. It’s an exceptional watch. It keeps excellent time. And I have 2 open hearts. This one has a full calendar. Which is exceptional. The quality of the movement and the quality of the case and bracelet/ leather bands are also exceptional. I always know I’m getting a high quality watch at a great price when I purchase directly from sea-gull. I am close to buying my next watch from them that will be the blue fluted bezel, day date ancient cloud motif 38mm. If you are looking for a great looking watch at great prices, and great quality. Look no further than sea-gull watches. This is my honest review from the 3 watches I have bought from sea-gull. Rest assured I will be building my collection with a lot more of their timepieces. Good looking watch, however, the watch is huge, not only in dial size but also thickness, and unfortunately the strap is very short. I wanted this as a daily wear but, due to super large size and short strap it'll have to sit in the box. There is a Sea-gull nato strap, but for some reason that's really long. The metal bracelet is also short. Additionally the black leather strap has a hidden clasp system which does not sit flat on the wrist. If it had a simple black rubber strap of reasonable length, it would be wearable, but as is, in my opinion, it's not. For reference I normally remove 3 links from standard watch length, so my wrist is not oversized. I did reach out to customer support, but after 4 days I had not received a reply to my query about alternative straps available. I like the look and complexity, just not a wearer.
